ACATIS Investment KVG mbH, with headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is an independent fund boutique. The company specializes in “value investing” based on the model of Benjamin Graham and Warren Buffett. ACATIS was established in Germany in 1994. It has been represented with a branch in Switzerland since 2007. ACATIS is independent and is completely free of allegiances of any kind as a result of group affiliations. The team is small and is focused on the core competence of investing. All support functions are performed by external partners. This focus has produced successful results.

The ACATIS product portfolio includes value-based equity, balanced and bond funds as well as mandates. The flagship fund ACATIS Aktien Global Fonds was launched in 1997.

The ACATIS approach is calm and well considered, underpinned by in-depth statistical and mathematical analysis based on scientific research. Our IT subsidiary, ACATIS Research GmbH in Bochum, supports us with specially tailored, Internet-based research modules. We do not base our stock-picking decisions on gut feeling. Our portfolios are focused and characterised by long holding periods.

ACATIS has also been working on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application in portfolio management for the past five years. In 2016, ACATIS began with the first practical application of artificial intelligence, and in 2017 and 2018 the company launched two ACATIS equity funds and an external mandate whose stock selection and portfolio composition are fully controlled by artificial intelligence.
